LoopTracks are containers, samples are content. jambient supports wave file samples, in PCM format. The most fundamental operation in jambient is loading samples into LoopTracks.

LoopTracks have a set of controls that let you do things with LoopTracks, such as playing and stopping, changing pitch and volume, copying, etc.

The Gang is a special LoopTrack that has no sample, just controls. It is used to control other LoopTracks.
